Motorola dropped its new budget phone on Indian shelves this week, and it's built around one number that matters more than any other.The Moto G77 Power packs a massive 7,000mAh battery, a first for this price bracket in Motorola's lineup.It costs ₹25,999 and runs on the MediaTic Dimensity 6400 chip, paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage that stretches to 1TB with a microSD card.Motorola says the battery alone can carry a full weekend of normal use, something the company claims stretches past 59 hours per charge. That's a bold number, and it's the kind of claim that only real world use will actually test.

The screen is a 6.72 inch LCD panel, not AMOLED, running at a smooth 120Hz with peak brightness touching 1,050 nits.Sales start July 13 through Flipkart,Motorola's own site, and offline stores across the country.On the camera front, there's a 50 megapixel Sony LYT 600 main sensor with Quad Pixel tech, an 8 megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 32 megapixel front camera for selfies. Motorola is only promising one major Android update, taking it from Android 16 to Android 17, along with three years of security patches.That's less software support than some rivals in the same price range offer.The phone comes in three colors, Pantone Impenetrable, Pantone Nautical Blue, and Pantone Fuchsia Red, and carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance with Gorilla Glass 7i on the front. Buyers using Axis Bank or HDFC Bank cards can grab it for an effective ₹23,999 through launch offers, and there's an exchange bonus of up to ₹2,000 on top of that.
